Our founder, Sherry
Before Omedic became a brand, it was a promise made on a rain-soaked road.
grew up in a rural village where healthcare was a luxury. She still remembers the biting chill of the wind and the heavy sound of rain hitting worn-out plastic sheets. When fever struck at night, her parents carried her on their backs for miles to the nearest clinic. Watching her father gasp for breath under her weight, young Sherry made a silent vow: “If I can keep myself healthy, my parents won’t have to suffer this walk again.”
That promise shaped her career. After graduating in 2013, Sherry joined a water flosser factory, not just as a salesperson, but as a relentless product tester. She believed that to sell health, you must first feel the product. During one intense R&D session, a prototype’s pressure was so violent it dislodged a fresh dental filling. Instead of frustration, Sherry felt clarity. Holding the broken filling, she turned to her engineers and said, “If it can do this to me, imagine our customers. Make it safer.”
This obsession with real-user experience paid dividends. Sherry secured exclusive distribution rights in Brazil and later a sole distributorship in Russia, driving exponential growth for her former company. Yet, she knew the market still lacked products that truly balanced clinical efficacy with home comfort. So, in 2022, Sherry founded Omedic Tech. Leveraging a decade of hard-won experience, she built a brand focused on holistic care—from precision oral irrigators and electric ear cleaners to advanced red light therapy panels and shockwave massagers.
At Omedic, Sherry instituted the "Family Test Loop." Before any product hits the market, she tests it personally for comfort and effectiveness. Then, samples are sent to employees, friends, and family.
Their unfiltered feedback—the sting of a water jet, the warmth of a therapy light—guides the final engineering adjustments. Quality is non-negotiable. Inside our ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 certified factory, every single device undergoes a rigorous 100% 2–4 hour aging test and comprehensive inspection. We maintain a strict defect rate of less than 2%.
Sherry often says, “If it’s not safe enough for me and my family, it’s not leaving our factory.” Today, the little girl who once dreaded the long walk to the clinic is building the very tools to prevent others from making that walk. Omedic is more than a brand; it is the fulfillment of a childhood promise to protect health, one safe and comfortable product at a time.
