Multi-SKU Red Light Therapy Range for an Australian Distributor

In May 2026, we met an Australian distributor at the Hong Kong Electronics and Home Appliances Fair. They needed a complete red light therapy range customised at once: panels in three sizes, a knee wrap, and a body belt. We delivered samples in 5 weeks, and the updated samples have passed the client's testing.

▎The challenge
Each product needed custom wavelengths, a custom exterior, and custom PCB development. The whole range also had to meet Australian SAA certification requirements. The client asked for samples within 3–4 weeks.
▎How we worked together
1. May 2026: we met the client at the Hong Kong fair.
2. Quotation in 3 days: engineering assessment completed.
3. Exterior design in 7 days: line drawings from multiple angles were approved.
4. PCB and assembly in 3 weeks: including aging tests and PCB adjustments.
5. Week 5: samples were shipped on schedule.
6. Client testing: the client raised several improvement requests.
7. All requests resolved: the updated samples passed testing.
