Custom Mars 400 Red Light Therapy Panel for a Dutch Distributor

On 4 February 2026, in the middle of the Chinese New Year holiday, a distributor from the Netherlands emailed us a fully custom red light therapy panel request. Our team responded during the holiday, and by August 2026 the project had passed a factory audit and moved into mass production.

▎The challenge
The client needed a fully custom design: dual wavelengths of 660nm and 850nm, wired AC power, one-button operation, and a 1.5-metre power cable. The timeline was tight. Samples were required within 2–3 weeks after the Chinese New Year holiday.
▎How we worked together
1. Holiday response: our sales and engineering teams sent a quotation within 3 days, despite the holiday.
2. Exterior design: the design was completed within 3 days after the holiday and approved by the client.
3. First sample in 2 weeks: it did not meet our standard. The light was uneven and not bright enough.
4. Samples 2 to 4: our engineers worked extra hours, adjusting the design after each round.
5. Sample 5 approved: even light output and stable performance. PCB and full assembly were completed in 3 weeks in total, and the sample was shipped.
6. 5 months of client testing: strict functional and light-output testing.
7. August 2026: the factory audit was passed, the contract was signed, and mass production began.
