▎The challenge
The client wanted a silver decorative frame and three wavelength versions: basic (dual-chip), standard (quad-chip), and premium (seven-chip, including 460nm blue light). The stamped metal frame deformed easily, leaving large gaps and making assembly difficult.

1. Inquiry: the German distributor contacted us.
2. 2+ weeks of exterior design: several revisions before client approval.
3. 3 weeks of PCB development: all three versions developed in parallel.
4. Samples shipped: the client was satisfied with the functions, but the frame needed work.
5. Structural redesign: every screw post was precisely adjusted.
6. 3–4 months to final approval: all issues solved and approved by the client.
7. November 2025: a mass production contract was signed and the deposit received.
