High-Power Red Light Therapy Panels for a Long-Term Partner in Argentina

In September 2025, a distributor in Argentina asked us for two high-end red light therapy panels with custom branding. Even after a sample was damaged in transit, the client moved ahead with a 2,500-set order and has kept placing repeat orders through 2025 and 2026.

▎The challenge
The client needed two high-end panels with 660nm + 850nm dual-chip LEDs, a custom logo and custom packaging, and power output above 100W. The 156-LED model also had to stand upright on wheels so it could be moved easily. With Argentina so far away, shipping damage was a real risk.
▎How we worked together
1. September 2025: the client sent the custom request for two high-end panels.
2. Sample order confirmed: one 60-LED panel and one 156-LED panel.
3. Damaged in transit: rough handling deformed the packaging of the 60-LED panel and loosened internal wires.
4. Remote repair guide: we sent illustrated, step-by-step instructions so the client could open and repair the unit, with no need to return it.
5. 1 month of testing: compared with competitors' products, our panels showed no light decay and even brightness.
6. Official order: 2,500 sets delivered.
7. 2025–2026: repeat orders continue in a stable, long-term partnership.
